NDDC official petitions Pondei led IMC for alleged embezzlement of N6.2 .5 billion palliatives fund.

lAn official of the Niger Delta Commission NDDC,has pettitioned the Interim Management Committee for alleged embezzlementt of N6.25billion set aside for Covid-19 palliatives.
In the petition dated August 3,2020, the Chairman of the NDDC Covid-19 palliatives Committee,Sobomabo Jackrich, described the management of the funds as “a show of shame and a scam”.
He said the money was”misappropriated and embezzled by the IMC and their co-conspiators.
According to him,there is nothing on ground to show the N6.25billion of taxpayers money was invested for it’s original purpose which the President approved.
In the light of this he asked the National Assembly to investigate the Professor Kemebradikumo Pondei led IMC.
