Federal High Court has asked Judges to stay away from matters that are not within their territorial jurisdiction.
The Court has also warned judges to refrain from granting ex-parte
orders in political matters.
The Federal High Court Chief Judge, Justice John Tsoho gave the directive in a circular titled. Grant of Ex-parte Orders/Hearing of Cases from Outside Immediate Territorial Jurisdiction.
