Akwa Ibom Governor,Umo Eno has sacked members of his cabinet in an announcement he made during a valedictory session on Friday in Uyp, the state capital.
The governor who commended the outgoing executive council members for their performance during their time in office said they were the reason why the ARISE Agenda in the state succeeded.
He however stated that the time has come to inject new blood into the system.
” All of you have delivered , and that’s why the ARISE Agenda has succeeded , But we must come to the end of a season ,start another season and keep moving “
Current matters understands that the governor inherited most of the outgoing officials from his predecessor,Udom Emmanuel.
