Justice Ngozi Nwosu- Iheme of a Federal High Court in Wuse, Abuja on Friday ordered that Peter Nwachukwu, husband to late ” Ekwueme singer” Osinachi be remanded in Kuje prison pending the determination of his trial.
The Judge gave the ruling after Nwachukwu pleaded not guilty to the 23- count charge bordering on domestic violence and homicide brought against him by the office of the Artoney General of the Federation.
Justice Nwosu- Iheme granted accelerated hearing on the matter and adjourned till June 16 for commencement of trial.
