Justice Taiwo Taiwo of an Abuja High Court has sacked 20 members of the Cross Rivers State House of Assembly for defecting from the Peoples Democratic Party PDP to the All Progressives Congress APC.
In his judgement on a suit marked FHC/ ABJ/ CS/ 975/2021, on Monday, the Judge held that for abandoning the political party that sponsored to power they ought to have vacated their seats
