
Piles of foreign currencies have been recovered in the home of an unnamed deceased officer of the Nigerian Customs Service in Kano.
The notes were said to be buried underground the house located at the custom’s quaters wrapped up in polythene bags and were recovered during a renovation work at the building.
It was gathered that the deceased who was a senior officer allegedly buried the currencies without informing anyone about it. Security operatives are said to have commenced investigation to unravel the identity of the unnamed late. official
