President Muhammadu Buhari has sent a message of recovery to the head of the Catholic Church,Pope Francis as he goes for surgery of the colon.
In a statement on Sunday by his media aide, Garba Shehu, the President asked Nigerians to pray for the Pontiff and wished him a quick recovery
Pope Francis was admitted to Rome hospital on Sunday for a scheduled colon surgery
The 84- year- old hospitalized for the first time since becoming Pope in 201$ is said to be doing well.
