The Nigerian Chamber of Commerce, USA, (NICOCUSA) and GloTrade Limited have signed a strategic collaboration agreement to strengthen African manufacturing, trade, innovation, investment, and global market access.
Mr. Gregory Uche Ihenacho, Founder & CEO of NICOCUSA, and Dr John Pakka, the Founder & CEO of GloTrade Limited, signed the agreement on Thursday in Abuja.
“This goes beyond business, it is a commitment to positioning African enterprise for the global economy”, Ihenacho stated.
He said that for ten days, the Moshood Abiola Stadium would be transformed into a 24-hour African economic and cultural city, bringing together business, investment, culture, entertainment, technology, fashion, food, Sports, networking and exceptional social programmes.
“With a five-decade vision for lasting impact, the Expo is designed to prepare the next generation to become creators, producers, entrepreneurs, investors, and global players in the emerging creative and knowledge economy”, he assured.
According to him, “Through the Afrocentric Cultural Expo in Abuja and the Made in Africa Expo in the United States, African brands will have stronger pathways to global markets, investors, buyers, and strategic partnerships.
Mr Ihenacho and Dr Pakka both agree that the partnership is more than a collaboration, it is a bridge between Africa’s heritage and its economic future.
