Governors of South- South have joined the league of states making open grazing an offence within their states and across Southern Nigeria.
This was part of the outcome of a meeting of governors under the aegis of Southern Nigeria Governors Forum in Government House Asaba, the Delta State capital on Tuesday.
The meeting which had 17 governors in attendance also asked President Muhammadu Buhari to address Nigerians on the increasing Insecurity situation and called for creation of state police.
