Tennis World Number 1, Novak Djokovic on Sunday, crushed Russian tennis professional, Danil Medvedev’s dream of making history by winning his 9th Australian open.
Djokovic beat the world number 4 at the Rod Laver stadium securing ,7 6 6 wins against Medvedev’s – 5 2 2 in 3 three sets to clinch the trophy.
By the victory the serbian tennis star has won 18 grand slam titles and closely trailing Roger Federer and Rafael Nadael who have 20 grand slams titles each.
