
The Anambra State Police Command has rescued three children who were locked up in a room by alleged ritualists.
The Police also arrested a 39- year- old woman identified as Rejoice Raymond and an 80- year old, Felicia Nwafor in the building located at No 13 Akunwata Mbamalu Street, Federal Housing Estate,33 Nkwelle Ezunaka.
According to the Police, the room where the boys were locked up had” fetish substances, blood stained canes, concoctions and other incriminating items recovered and registered as exhibits”
There were also motar and multiple pestles in the room used by the ritualists to pound the children for rituals while the children who were abducted were made to use a bucket to defecate.a source said.
