Armed bandits at the weekend, stormed a community in Sokoto state Kidnapping many residents of the area
The victims include a bride, nursing mother and her baby.
The nursing mother is identified as the wife of Magajin Garin Sulli,a chief in the community.
According to reports, the incident occurred at Sutti village in Tangaza Local Government Area of the state.
The bandits said to be heavily armed,shot sporadically into the air scaring residents.
It was learnt that they also kidnapped unspecified number of traders along Balle- Tangaza Road in the state.
