The Kaduna State Police Command has rescued
three children ages 10, 12 and 14 who were kidnapped on 25th August 2025.
The command’s spokesperson DSP Mansir Hassan, in a statement said the command’s strategic intelligence gathering and tactical communication got one of the suspects, Richard the Kingpin, out of their hideout and eventually arrested him.
During the interrogation, the suspect confessed to the crime and revealed that he conspired with one Ibrahim 18yrs, and Abubakar 15yrs to kidnap the children and hide them at his residence.
Acting on the credible intelligence, the police swiftly stormed the location, arrested the culprits, and rescued all three victims unhurt.
The rescued children have since been safely reunited with their family by the Commissioner of Police, Kaduna State Command.
The Commissioner of Police CP RABIU MUHAMMAD reiterates the command’s unwavering commitment to the protection of lives and property. The CP urges parents to be vigilant and assures the public that all forms of criminality will be met with decisive action.
