A Non Governmental Organisation, USLACC Africa, is set to unveil a transformative campaign of $100 billion dollars endowment fund for 50 Million African Youths.
A statement signed by the Chairman, Sir Mike Okiro, former IGP and Ambassador Ifeoma Mary Ejiogu, USLACC Africa representative, says the event will be held on 8th July, 2025, in Abuja, Nigeria.
“The event will focus on empowering African Youths with the technological and entrepreneurship skills necessary to shift from being consumers to becoming producers, inventors, manufacturers and solution driven thinkers”, the statement noted.
According to the statement, “this initiative is not only a direct response to economic instability and youth unemployment, but a long term investment in Sustainable development and poverty eradication.
Key areas of focus include, Technology, Training Programs, Youth Project Financing, scholarships and internship opportunities abroad.
“Our mission is to prepare African Youths for leadership and active participation in nation building through access to innovation, skills development and global opportunities”, it explained.
The programme tagged, Africa on the wings of Economic acceleration and Growth has its theme, “Stimulating a Sustainable Investment to turn Africa to Industrial Hubs”.
