As controversy rocks the results of the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination,UTME, JAMB has admitted errors in the conduct of the examination which took place a couple of weeks ago.
Admitting the error, JAMB Registrar,Ishaq Oloyede who addressed the press on Wednesday said he personally takes responsibility for the glitches that occurred during the exam.
” As the registrar of JAMB,I hold myself personally responsible, especially for the negligence of the service provider.”
Oloyede explained that prior to the exam the board put all that could make the conduct seamless but regretted that in spite of that there were still errors.
” We set all the machineries in order, regardless, there were still errors.
According to him, candidates affected particularly, those who sat for the exam in centres across Lagos and the South East will rewrite the exam.
