The National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress APC has asked the Benue Chapter of the party to discontinue and withdraw all cases associated with the name of the party and members of the party in the state.
The NWC took the decision in its 146th meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.
The party in a statement on Friday signed by Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, the National Secretary said “failure to comply with this resolution will result in disciplinary action ” against any member responsible for such suits.
