The immediate past Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike and his family, were on Sunday given a befitting thanksgiving service for successful completion of his 8 years in office.
The thanksgiving which had the state governor Siminilayi Fubara as host took place at St Peter’s Anglican church ,Rumeprikom in Obio Akpor local government area of the state.
The roll call of dignitaries included the President of the Senate, Senator Godswiill Akpabio and his Deputy, Senator Jubrin Barau, Governor Babajide Sanwo- Olu of Lagos, Acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP and the National Working Committee NWC, former governor of Kano state, Abdullahi Ganduje,Dr Peter Odili and his wife, Justice Mary Odili and others.
