The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC has listed over one hundred properties it seized for sale to the public.
According to the Commission’s public notice in circulation, the listed items are “subject of final forfeiture orders in accordance to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission( Establishment) Act,2004, Public Procurement Act,2007 and the( Proceeds of Crimes Recovery and Management) Act, 2022.
The properties listed for auctioning are located in choiced areas of Lagos, Abuja Port Harcourt, Oyo, Cross Rivers, Kaduna, Anambra,Edo,Gombe, others.
They include real estates and undeveloped landed properties..
