House of Representatives Candidate for Etche / Omuma Federal Constituency,Hon Kelechi Nwogu was on Saturday presented with the party flag by the Deputy National Chairman of the PDP,Mr Taofeek Arapaja at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, venue of the Flag Off of the PDP Campaign.
Nwogu,a serving member of the state House of Assembly was among 13 candidates of the PDP for the Green Chamber that were presented with party flags.
After the flag off ceremony was concluded,Nwogu as a mark of respect for Senior stakeholders in Etche Land, took his flag
to show them and thanked them for their support.
One of those he visited was Hon Ogbonna Nwuke, Former member of the National Assembly who represented same Federal constituency in the 7th Assembly.
Nwogu said he deemed it necessary to bring the flag to Nwuke to draw from his wealth of experience and had also shown similar respect to Prince Emma Anyanwu, the leader of the party in Etche local government area.
A member of the PDP in Omuma Local Government Area, home LGA of the candidate said Hon Nwogu mobilised the people of his LGA for Saturday’s Flag off of the State Campaign in Port Harcourt.
