….. says G- 5 governors inseperable
Governor Nyesom Wike says he must give logistics support to Mr Obi, the Presidential Candidate of the Labour party when he comes to Rivers State to campaign.
Wike said this at a State Banquet in honour of visiting G- 5 governors in Government House, Port Harcourt on Friday evening.
The governor said he would provide security and vehicles to support Obi adding that he had no regret in assuring Mr Obi because he is a former governor.
Wike also told the audience that the G – 5 governors are inseparable adding that nothing anyone or group would do to put them apart.
Attendants at the Banquet are Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu state and Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State.
Others include former Governor of Ekiti State,Ayo Fayose and the Deputy National Chairman of the PDP, Elders of Rivers State PDP led by Chief Ferdinand Alabraba, National Assembly members serving and former, State Assembly members, members of the state executive council , local government chairmen and other prominent sons and daughters of the state
