A Court sitting in the Federal Capital Territory FCT Abuja has vacaded the order stopping the All Progressives Congress APC from conducting its National Convention.

Delivering his judgement,Justice Bello Kawu held that a political party cannot be sued by a member

The development comes months after one Salisu Umoru dragged the APC, the Chairman, Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Commitee CECPC, and the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC to court to stop the convention.
