A Lagos High Court on Friday sentenced Chukwudimeme Onwuamadike alias; Evans, and two of his accomplices,Uche Amadi and Okwuchuku Nwachukwu to life imprisonment
Delivering his Judgement, Justice Hakeem Oshodi found the defendants guilty of conspiracy and kidnapping of Mr Donatius Duru, the Chief Executive officer of Maydon Pharmaceuticals Ltd
He however, discharged and acquitted other co- defendants, Ogechi Uchechukwu ,Chilaka( ex- soldier) Ifeanyi, and Victor Aduba(ex- soldier) on the basis of lack of evidence linking them to the crimes.
