A physically challenged man , Chinedu Okoro was caught last Saturday, January 15 with a fresh human head and hands at Omoku, in Ogba Egbema/ Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Okoro, 23 and reported to be deaf and dumb was seen with a black bag which aroused the suspicion of Onelga Security Peace and Advisory Council (OSPAC)the vigilante group in the area. When the bag was searched, the content revealed a freshly severed head of an elderly woman and hands.
OSPAC immediately apprehended the suspect and handed him over to the police for further investigation..
