….Mother,Child Among Dead
Four persons were crushed to death by a straying Water Tanker on Thursday evening along a Keke ( Tricycle) loading spot along the Independence Layout in Enugu.
The dead include a Woman and her baby and driver of a tricycle.
The incident reportedly happened when the tanker fully loaded with water lost control following failure of its breaks and rammed into the victims killing them on the spot.
Eyewitness said the driver of the tanker disappeared when the angry mob went in search of him.
