
.. 162 Comprising Male, Female Adults, Children Return
The International Organization for Migration ( IOM) has facilitated the repatriation of a total of 162 Nigerians stranded in Libya
This is in concert with the voluntary repatriation programme which allows Nigerians who left the country to seek greener pastures n European countries but cannot afford to return when their journey becomes frustrated.
The returnees arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport ( MMIA in Lagos on Wednesday morning.
A breakdown of the number of returnees shows 98 adult female,28 adult males,19 female children and five male children,
Also in the group of returnees are nine female infants and three male infants.
