The Senator representing Plateau North Senatorial District, Jos Plateau state, Senator Gyang Istifanus, has called on the people of Karu community and FCT to emulate the lifestyle of late Rtd Reverend Tanimu Aduda for his commitment to the work of God and service to humanity.
Senator Gyang Istifanus made the call, when he led a delegation on a condolence visit to their colleague at the National Assembly, Senator Philip Aduda over the demise of his father, Bishop Tanimu Aduda in his residence in Karu, Abuja.
Senator Istifanus said they have come to condole with the entire Karu community and the immediate family of Senator Philip Aduda for the demise of his father Bishop Tanimu Aduda, who had impacted the nation positively by his ministry and teaching of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to the members of his church.
Noting that the time has come come for the Bishop to be with the Lord,Senator Gyang added that the late Bishop Tanimu Aduda invested and was dedicated to spiritual, moral upbringing, building and rising generation that today are leaders in the nation.
In his remarks, Senator representing Federal Capital Territory, Senator Philip Aduda, thanked his colleagues for showing concern and love for the passage of his father, Bishop Tanimu Aduda, praying that God will continue to help them with the spirit of brotherlines in the National Assembly.
He explained that the service of songs of late Rtd Reverend Tanimu Aduda will take place on the 3rd November 2021 and the funeral service at St. Peters Anglican Church on 4th November 2021 in Old Karu Road, Abuja.
Later in an interview with the Commissioner Public Complaints Commission representing Federal Capital Territory Abuja, Comrade Ezekiel Dalhatu, said late Rtd Reverend Tanimu Aduda has lived a life of emulation for next generations, for his Godly advice and exemplary life for the people of FCT and Nigeria at large.
He noted that late Reverend Tanimu Aduda invested in the spiritual upbringing of members of the churches he had served in the country.
