A Kano State Chief Magistrate Court presided over by Mustapha Sa’ad Datti,Chief Magistrate, on Friday ordered that a 16 – year old boy who allegedly sodomized an-11- year old boy be remanded in a correctional center.
The teenager was slammed with a one count charge of unnatural offence.
Sa’ad- Datti adjourned the matter until October 25 , for further mention
Earlier, the prosecution counsel,Asma’u Ado had informed the court that the defendant committed the offence on August 19 at his Tudun Rubudi Quaters,Kano.
