
Governor Muhammad Badaru A of Jigawa State has expressed condolences to the Governor, people of Adamawa State and the entire nation over the death of a former super permanent secretary Alhaji Ahmed Joda.
This is containedl in a statement by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Public Relations,Habibu Nuhu Kila
The Governor who described Alhaji Ahmed Joda as a seasoned administrator and elder statesman who excelled in both his public and private life died in the service of humanity.
The statement quotes the Governor as saying that late Ahmed Joda who chaired the transition committee that ushered in President Buhari’s administration in 2015 was one of the finest public servant the nation produced.
He therefore, on behalf of himself and the people of Jigawa State expressed his sympathy to the Governor and people of Adamawa state for the loss and prayed to Almighty to grant him eternal rest.
