
The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority ( NCAA) has suspended operations of an helicopter belonging to the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God ( RCCG) , Pastor Enoch Adeboye.
The aircraft was suspended from flying two weeks ago following the expiration of some of its papers and parts
NCAA officials said the suspension would enable the regulatory body to carry out vital safety checks on its critical components including some spare parts that are due for replacement.
The Redeemed Leader had flown a chopper from Lagos to Ibadan last Saturday to attend a special meeting with ordained ministers of the RCCG told the gathering that he arrived late because someone had demanded bribe from him to fly his helicopter.
He urged a drastic action against corrupt practices in all facets of Nigeria .
