All Progressives Congress (APC) lawmaker, Abdullahi Salame has said that he killed a suspected arned robber during an attack on his residence on Friday morning in Sokoto.
Salame who represents Gwadawaba and Ilela/Federal Constituency, told Journalists that he shot and killed one of the suspected and injured another when they attacked him at his Bado residence in Sokoto metropolis.
“All thanks to Almighty Allah, today at about 3,a.m I was attacked in my house on Sokoto by Armed Robbers but by Allah’s powers I was able to shoot and killed one and injured some. Iam grateful” he said.
. The Sokoto State Police Command said it is aware of the attempted armed robbery incident at the Bado Quaters area of Sokoto
The Spokesman of the command, Muhammad Sadiq said the police reacted swifly and foiled the attack.
