No fewer than 1000 people have signed petition to compel the Central Bank of Nigeria ( CBN) and the board of the FCMB to sack the Managing Director of the bank, Adamu Nuru for commiting adultery.
A group, Justice for Tunde Thomas has given the FCMB two weeks to sack Nuru for adultery and paternity scandal
Nuru is said to have fathered the two children of a married woman, Moyo Thomas working in his office.
The woman reportedly confessed her extra-marital affairs to her husband,Tunde Thomas,after she escaped to the U.S where she is currently seeking assylum.
Thomas who believed that the children were biologically his ,died of cardiac arrest on December 16,2020, two days before introducing a pregnant girlfriend to his family.
