
Eleven people were reportedly killed when Boko Haram terrorists invaded Pemi, a Christian community set out on Thursday evening to usher in the birth of Jesus Christ.
The terrorists alsoburnt 10 homes and looted food supplies meant for residents to celebrate Christmas
The terrorists were said to have attacked the village located 12 miles from Chibok and looted medical supplies from a Hospital before setting it ablaze.while they also burnt a church and took away a priest.
Borno State is a hotbed of insurgency. Fear of abduction, arson and killing are widespread despite the presence of the military.
