
The Chairman of the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry on Police brutality, Justice Doris Okuwobi said youth representatives did not attend the Saturday’s sitting.as such the sitting was put off as members could not form a quorum.
The failure of the#EndSARS youths representative from showing up at the panel’s sitting is reportedly linked to the freezing of the accounts of 19 protesters and a limited liability company by the CBN on the order of an Abuja High Court on Friday.
Current matters gathered that accounts of some individuals who raised money for small scale businesses were also affected.
The court also directed banks that accounts of those linked to the protests are domiciled to comply pending the outcome of CBN’s Investigation on the matter.
