A Federal High Court Court sitting in Owerri, the Imo State capital has restrained Ambassador Desmond Akawor from parading as the State Chairman of the PDP.
The exparte order was issued Wednesday by Justice T.G Ringim, following a suit filed by a group of angry PDP members.
The PDP members who approached the court are challenging processes which led to his emergence as the Chairman of the party in Rivers State.
The action suggests crisis may be looming within the Rivers PDP.
