A soldier attached to the Army’s 27 task force Brigade in Buni Gari,Gujba local government area of Yobe State on Thursday,, shot himself to death at his duty post.
Though what informed the action of suicide has not been made available,it was learnt that the soldier suddenly took his gun,aimed at his head and pulled the trigger and died before other soldiers could rush to help him.
The deceased soldier was said to have left a note for his wife. His corpse has reportedly been evacuated and Investigation on the incident has commenced.
