
Gunmen Friday night stormed a church programme and abducted the proprietor of Excel Grace Secondary School,Akaajime,Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State, Pastor Emmanuel Apeh.
An anonymous source was quoted as saying that” the gunmen entered the church premises located behind a filling station, Akaajime, around Mkar- Katsina Ala road, Gboko at about 8pm and trailed the pastor to his car, shooting sporadically to scare people away before taking him on a motorbike to unknown destination.’
The Police Spokesperson, Catherine Anene who confirmed the abduction to newsmen said Command was working hard to secure the release of the victim.
