Argument over electricity bill has led to the death of a hair dresser Mrs Abioye,Known as Iya Oyin.who suffered brain damage owing to the injury she received from her neighbour.
Current matters gathered that the deceased had accused her neighbour,Mr Akeem Adejumo of being responsible for her being overcharged in electricity consumption for her shop as she wanted equal rates as her neighbours.
Her observation was not taken lightly by another neighbour Blessing Ayade,in charge of collating and collection of the bills who insisted that she must comply.
They engaged in a heated argument which led to combat between Mrs Adejumo and the hairdresser and in the ensuing battle, the hairdresser got hit on the head with an object she then slumped and died and her remains have been taken to the morgue.
The Divisional Police Command confirmed the incident and said that both Mr and Mrs Adejumo had been arrested and taken to Custody for interogation
