For failing to pay Councillors who were suspended for gross misconduct, Plateau State House of Assembly has suspended two local government council chairmen.
The suspended Chairmen are Isaac Kwailu , Quan-Pan lga and Abbas wakdung, Kanum lga.
During plenary, the Speaker of the State House of Assembly Rt Hon Ayuba Abok directed the affected chairmen to handover to their deputies.
The state legislature had directed the suspended chairmen to pay councillors who were suspended by their legislative councils but the Chairmen refused.
