A Man believed to be mad has been arrested in Enugu State after he was caught by residents in his area with 5 human heads and two cell-phones.
It was gathered that the alleged mad man was caught on the suspicion that he was a ritualist and kidnapper who always terrorised the neighbourhood.
Information revealed that the mad man’s behaviour became suspicious and vigilante group mobilised and confronted him only to to find 5 human heads and 2 cell-phones in his possession.
