The court martial sitting at the Maimalari Cantonment in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital has sentenced a soldier, Private Azunna Maduabuchi to death by firing squad for killing the adjutant of his unit ,one Lieutenant Babakaka S Ngorgi
Maduabuchi was charged after shooting Ngorgi at close range in their base at Bama for refusing to grant him a welfare pass.
