The immediate past Accountant General of Rivers State, Siminialayi Fubara has emerged winner of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP Governorship primaries in Rivers State.
Siminialayi polled a total of 721 votes to beat his closest challenger,Isaac Kamalu who scored 89 votes.
