Breaking: EFCC Slaps Okorocha with N2.9BN fraud charge 

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC has charged former Governor of Imo State and serving Senator,Rochas Okorocha with N2.9billion fraud

The 17 – count charge bordered on alleged conspiracy with others, including an APC politician and five companies, to steal N2.9billion public funds.

The Anti graft agency filed the charges on Monday at the Federal High Court, Abuja.

Other defendants are Anyim Nyerere Chinenye, Naphtali International Limited, Perfect Finish Multi Projects Limited, Consolid Projects Consulting Limited,Pranif International Limited, and Legend World Concepts Limited.

Senator Okorocha’s fresh woes comes one week after he declared intent to contest the 2023 Presidential election.
