Nigeria’s First Lady,Sen Oluremi Tinubu has urged Governors of All Progressives Congress APC controlled states in the country to purchase vehicles for women leaders of the party in their states.
Tinubu made the call on Wednesday in Abuja during the inauguration of the Tinubu Torchbearers( TTB )- a grassroot mobilization and support for President Bola Tinubu Renewed Hope Agenda.
She revealed that vehicles had already been procured for Women leaders in States controlled by non APC governors and urged the beneficiaries to register the vehicles in their names warning that the vehicles do not belong to the party but the women leaders.
The event was attended by the wife of the Vice president,Hajia Nana Shettima, wives of members of the National Assembly,Wives of Governors and other several women dignitaries including Ministers and women leaders.
