Rivers State Governor,Sir Siminialayi Fubara has approved the appointment of Hon. Benibo Anabraba as the Secretary to Government.
According to a statement by Dr Honour Kuru Sirawoo, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information, the New Permanent Secretary will be sworn in by Governor Fubara today, Monday October 13,2025 by 4 pm.at the Executive Council Chambers, Government House, Port Harcourt.
The statement requested guests to be seated by 3.30 pm.
