The National Woman leader of the All Progressives Congress APC,Dr Betta Edu has hit another milestone as the president elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has appointed her into the presidential inauguration committee ahead of May 29 swearing in.
She is one of 13 eminent Party faithful reportedly chosen to organise the inauguration and is to head the Medical Team
Edu was the Commissioner of Health in Cross Rivers State before she was elected to serve as the APC National woman leader at the party ‘s National convention in March 2022.
She was visibly seen throughout her party’s presidential campaign in states and on TV promoting the agenda of the APC party and the presidential candidate.
Recall that Edu was among APC officials that accompanied Tinubu to Chatham House,a policy institute in London. She was reportedly positioned to answer pertinent questions on some topical issues and was said to have answered brilliantly .
