Sadiq Kabiru Gaya,son of the Senator representing Kano South, Senator Kabiru Gaya was reportedly murdered in cold blood by his best friend and dumped In a hotel’s Pool In Abuja
Sadiq , a lawyer at Nigerian assets management agency, AMCON, reportedly met his untimely death on Tuesday evening .
An account of a Facebook user,Kabiru Ado Muhd said, “Sadiq was invited by his best friend to a hotel in Abuja. He was st@bbed in the chest and d¥mped in the hotel’s pool. The friend took his phone and transferred N20m.”
Another account however said that Sadiq’s was masterminded by a friend over the sum of N3.5m.
Confirming the incident, Josephine Adeh, FCT Police Command’s Spokesperson, said five suspects, in connection with the murder were in police custody adding that investigation is ongoing
The deceased was immediately buried in line with Islamic rites
