The Office of the Head of Service of the Federation has issued fresh circular advising civil servants to steer clear of partisan politics.
A statement signed by Dr Folashade Yemi- Esan , Head of the Civil Service of the Federation said since the provisions of 1999 constitution and the Supreme Court on Public Service rules have not been nullified and have not authorized civil servants to engage in partisan politics, civil servants should be guided and desist from contesting political offices in the country.
