
Justice Sylvester Ngwuta of the Supreme Court has passed on.
Ngwuta reportedly died on Sunday morning in his sleep at his residence in Abuja.
The late Judge served the Supreme Court from 2011 until his death.He was expected to retire on March 30, 2021 at age 70 in line with Judges mandatory retirement age
