
No fewer than 7 people have been killed by bandits in Ijabi and Kajuru local government areas of Kaduna state.
In a statement on Sunday, the Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs Samuel Aruwan said the gunmen attacked Kanjinjiri village in Igabi local government area and killed one person while another sustained gunshot injuries and is receiving treatment at a hospital in the area.
The gunmen also attacked Rago village in same Igabi local government area and killed two people.
In a similar development, gunmen killed 3 residents at Kutura station in Kajuru local government area.
