
The Federal Government has extended the linking of the National Identity Number NIN and Subscriber Identity Module (SIM)integration exercise by eight weeks.
The governmentt announcement on Tuesday morning said the new deadline is now April 6,2021.
Nigeriian Communications Commission Public Affairs Director,Ikechukwu Adinde who disclosed this to newsmen said the extension was conveyed by the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy,Isa Patami during a meeting of the Ministerial Task Force on NIN-SIM registration which held on the 1st of February,2021.
